The methodology we use is based on the SEMP (Simplified Examination to Maximize Profits) approach. As a first step, we will conduct a Free SWOTT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats and Trends) Analysis. This will provide a roadmap of what is going on within and outside your business. When we identify the roadblocks that are currently preventing you from achieving the results you want, we will prioritize those challenges and together we will come up with solutions to overcome those challenges. What may be the most important part of our services is we will partner with you to make sure those solutions are implemented. Failure to implement is a major reason Business Owners do not achieve their goals and dreams.

Background and Experience

For over 30 years as either a Small Business Owner, Sales Manager or Consultative Sales Person I have developed a strong passion helping Small Business Owners achieve success and grow their business. During my career, I specialized in working with Small Businesses that were within Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution and Business/Professional Service sectors. As a Small Business Owner I have also experienced many of the same day-to-day challenges that you face on a daily basis. My focus within my consulting practice is to work with Small Businesses with up to 100 employees. In order, to offer the best possible services to my clients I chose to go through an in depth educational and certification process to become an Accredited Small Business Consultant through the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants, Inc.
