For over 30 years as a Small Business Owner, Sales Manager and Professional Salesperson I have developed a strong passion for wanting to help Small Business Owners achieve success and fulfill their dreams. Some of the business solutions that I sold during my career were Microsoft Dynamics, Kronos Workforce Solutions, Lawson Software and ADP. During that time, I specialized in working with Small B2B Businesses that were in the Business and Professional Services, Distribution, Manufacturing and Retail sectors. As a Small Business Owner, I have also experienced many of the same day-to-day challenges that you face in your business. My focus within my Consulting practice is to work with Small B2B Businesses with up to 100 Employees. In addition to becoming an Accredited Small Business Consultant I am also a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist.

Our Methodology

In order to achieve your goals and dreams of owning a successful and profitable small business it is critical to make sure you understand your business's strengths and weaknesses. In addition, it is vitally important to know what opportunities might exist to grow your business and equally important to know what threats exist either from outside your business or even inside your business. Our methodology is based on the SEMP (Simplified Examination To Maximize Profits) approach. As a first step, we will conduct a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) Analysis. This will provide us a roadmap of what is going on within and outside your business. When we identify the roadblocks that are currently preventing you from achieving the results you want, we will prioritize those challenges and together we will come up with solutions to overcome those challenges. What may be the most important part of our Methodology is that we will work with you to make sure those changes are implemented. Failure to implement is a major reason Bussiness owners do not achieve their goals and dreams.
